Statutory Return Period:Customer satisfaction is our priority. Requests for returns must be formally submitted in writing within 30 calendar days of the invoice date. To maintain supply chain integrity, only components that are unused, untested, and remain in their original, unopened manufacturer packaging will be considered for return.

 

Mandatory RMA Procedure:No return shipments will be accepted, processed, or credited without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by our customer support team. Any unauthorized returns-or those sent without a visible RMA number on the exterior packaging-will be rejected and returned to the sender at the Buyer's sole expense.

 

Non-Cancelable/Non-Returnable (NCNR) Policy: All orders placed withAetrix Electroncis are considered Non-Cancelable and Non-Returnable (NCNR) once the Order Confirmation has been issued. This policy applies to our entire inventory, including but not limited to: standard stocked items, custom-manufactured orders, pre-programmed semiconductors, and high-value components sourced specifically for the Buyer. By confirming an order, the Buyer acknowledges that such purchase is final. These items cannot be cancelled, rescheduled, or returned for credit under any circumstances, regardless of whether the product is specialized or standard.

 

Policy on Non-Defective Returns & Administrative Fees:As a strictly professional B2B distributor, we do not accept returns for non-defective merchandise (including returns prompted by customer ordering errors, project cancellations, or convenience). In the extremely rare event that an exception is granted in writing by our senior management, the return will be subject to a mandatory Restocking and Administrative Fee ranging from 15% to 30% of the total invoice value. This fee is non-negotiable and covers the critical costs of rigorous quality re-inspection, anti-counterfeit verification, and re-certification required to maintain the integrity of our saleable inventory.
