Shipping & Delivering
Carrier Selection & Logistics Partners: We primarily utilize world-class international express couriers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS, to guarantee secure, door-to-door global delivery. Customers have the option to use their own freight forwarder accounts during the checkout process; however, in such cases, the customer assumes full responsibility for the logistics coordination and risk once the goods leave our facility.
Order Handling & Lead Time: Under normal operating conditions, all in-stock inventory is processed, packed, and dispatched within 24 business hours. For factory-direct items, back-ordered components, or specialized sourcing, the estimated lead time is clearly indicated on the product detail page. Please note that these lead times are estimates provided by manufacturers and will be formally re-confirmed by our team after the order is successfully placed.
International Shipping Incoterms:Unless a specific written agreement states otherwise, all international shipments are governed by Incoterms 2020 standards. The default terms are typically DAP (Delivered at Place) for express shipments or EXW (Ex-Works) from our designated warehouse. Title to the products and the risk of loss or damage shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery of the products to the common carrier.
Shipping Costs, Taxes, and Duties: Shipping fees are dynamically calculated based on the total volumetric weight of the package and the final destination. The Buyer is solely responsible for all applicable VAT, PST, HST, GST, import duties, administrative taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. Failure to pay these fees may result in the abandonment of the shipment, for which the Buyer remains liable for the full order value.
